As a team, we understand that our customers need valuable IT contributions and for that reason, our qualified engineers have been selectively chosen to work with us.

We work hard to encourage our engineers to partake in ongoing training and personal development. They take part in on-site training for a minimum of 3 weeks; all have at least 2 years IT support experience and have obtained at least one of the following qualifications:

• CompTIA A+.
• Microsoft MCP
• Microsoft MCDST

This means that the services and support that we offer is free from error. Our service is wholly reliable and conducted only by experienced team members who are passionate and knowledgeable about all areas in our field.
